Gold Vestments

Gold and silver may stand in for white on the greatest solemnities, and in the Roman Rite gold may replace red or green on solemn occasions as well. A gold set is what a parish reaches for at Christmas, at the Easter Vigil, at an ordination or a jubilee.

Ours are made in antique gold brocade with goldwork orphreys, dulled and formal rather than bright or brassy.
