Marian Feast Vestments

White is worn on the feasts of Our Lady, and blue is used in some places by long custom and, in Spain and its former territories, by indult for the Immaculate Conception. Marian vestments are usually distinguished by their embroidery rather than their colour: the crowned M, the lily, the star, the monogram of Our Lady.
