The corner detail is worked with coloured leaf and fruit alongside the gold rather than gold alone, which is what gives this veil its softer, more festal character. Gold bullion fringe finishes every edge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eCloth and finish\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe ground is a warm ivory white rather than an optical white, which is the kinder choice under both daylight and candlelight and photographs far better at a wedding than a stark white would.
